True to its name, this fire cider is full of bite and packs a punch thanks to the generous helping of jalapeños, horseradish, red onion, garlic, ginger root and turmeric root. Its brilliant ruby-red colour comes from the bioflavonoid-rich rosehips and hibiscus.

Fire cider is a traditional folk remedy made by generations of people across the world as a preventative medicine. Full of health benefits, fire cider is also nutritious, helps with digestion and quickly warms one up on a cold day.

Use as you would use vinegar. Add to salad dressings, marinades, cocktails and mocktails, stews and more. Take 1 teaspoon-1 tablespoon daily for seasonal support, diluted with the same amount of water to mellow out the flavour.
